Referral Coordinator (0.2 FTE)
Are you passionate about helping people feel supported, connected, and truly seen? We’re looking for a friendly and organised Referral Coordinator to be the first point of contact for new referrals into our groups and befriending services across Gloucestershire.
🕒 7.5 hours per week (flexible, hybrid)
💷 £5,400 per year
🚗 Own transport is essential
📅 Fixed term until June 2027 (with potential to extend)
In this role, you’ll guide people through the referral process, match them to the right support, and help create welcoming pathways into our services. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and make a real difference in people’s lives.
