What’s involved in an Art Group?

At ReConnect, we believe creativity is for everyone, no experience needed. Our art groups offer a relaxed space where you can explore your creativity, express yourself and connect with others in a supportive, pressure-free environment. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or returning to a lifelong passion, our sessions are about the process not the product. With kindness, encouragement and a few happy accidents along the way, we make art that helps heal, inspire, and bring people together

Carers are welcome at all our groups.
