    A friendly group offering wellness activities for stroke survivors, families, and carers. It provides a warm, welcoming space to support mental and physical well-being, build coping skills, and improve quality of life in a gentle, supportive environment.

What’s involved in a Wellbeing Group? 

A friendly group offering wellness activities for stroke survivors, families, and carers. It provides a warm, welcoming space to support mental and physical well-being, build coping skills, and improve quality of life.

Sessions explore a range of approaches, including music, nature, photography, stories, and creative expression. Gentle walking or light movement may also be included.

No experience needed - just an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Carers are welcome at all our groups.
