ReConnect Featured in Brighter Days Magazine

We are pleased to share that ReConnect Gloucestershire has been featured in the latest edition of Brighter Days Magazine.

The article highlights our work supporting stroke survivors, people with aphasia, their families, and carers across Gloucestershire. It explores how our community-based services help people rebuild confidence, reduce isolation, and reconnect with their communities after stroke.
