Volunteer Bulletin June 2026
Dear all,
I have the pleasure of attaching the latest version of the Volunteer Bulletin, which this time covers the themes of reflection and how stroke isolates people in many different ways. I have also included our latest resources and some new training I would like you to try.
As always, I am extremely grateful for the time, kindness and skills that each and every volunteer gives to ReConnect and its participants. ReConnect Gloucestershire is going from strength to strength, and yet we are determined to achieve even more.
With a new logo, new mission, vision and values, we continue to be shaped by your comments and input. We are working tirelessly to get the message out there and have worked hard on our Facebook page (follow us if you haven't already), and our website has had a complete overhaul https://www.reconnectglos.org/. We have even done a few slots on Radio Gloucestershire and had stands at community events recently too.
As the Volunteer Manager, I want volunteering to be meaningful to you all, and we welcome any help with new ideas, blogging, Facebook, help on community stalls, leafletting or basically any ideas you have. There are always new opportunities to get involved with, and we will always be receptive to your thoughts.
Best wishes,
Paula Needham
Volunteer Manager
